Raffle tokens are currently dropped by The "Greek Orthodox Bunnyzilla"
Bunnyzilla is an Admin-made and Admin-only run account.
Bunnyzilla will appear randomly at times in the Overworld (usually Eden) where he will get a large following of players and then jump into a Public mine, there he will scatter-drop the tokens in a radius around him. (I think about 10-14 drops per scatter?)
there's plenty of of scatters to go after a specific drop. (and he makes multiple drops of scattered tokens, so again plenty of opportunity) XD
I myself, recently caught site to Bunyzilla and took to a mine when he was dropping the tokens; I managed to get 3.
