    It means you're perma banned. Can't fix that unless you're unbanned, which is extremely rare.. So yeah..

    If you know that you're a little innocent player, restart your router/connection and try again. It is possible that you caught a bad IP. Mobile IPs are common in mobile data on phones and wifi networks.

    kulalu, please refrain from multiposting because that will give you warnings and eventually even bans, and if you are banned here too its hard to find the answer

    and about the support center, have some patience, the support center takes some days to react to someone because the ammount of reports that they get, and there is only one person that does that so it takes some longer to react

    oh yeah and about the fact that you are a newbie, thats just bogus, they handle everyonewith the same rights
