Can't enter The Dark Queen Quest Realm

Hello,
I bought myself the Quest Pack and wanted to do The Dark Queen Quest. When I enter from the CC Town Center, it is alright, but I can't enter the next realm, the Cave. It says: You don't have permission to enter this realm. So I can't do the Quest! Was I banned from the realm or what? Please help me!
