A Quick Suggestion: Building Block

When I was clearing my recently bought room, I came up with an idea
about a block. Basically how it works is that other QBees can mine
blocks in the room / realm but cannot collect the blocks or build in
the realm so people would not build extra blocks. It can be used when
you need help clearing a large room / realm and need the blocks inside
it so it is another alternative for clearing a room / realm.

But honestly i dont really see the point of this block....

well even if such kind of a block was introduced, only your true friend would agree to mine without taking stuff, and since you can always(almost) trust your true friends, no point of this block
