Is there any kind of app or website that i can use to plan my builds in cubic castles? I need some kind of simulator to build a youtube realm then record a timelapse building it in cc.

there is MagicaVoxel, it isn't exactly a simulator, but many voxel artists do use it for voxel arts.

it looks cool but are there columns and other blocks like that? And are there block textures like wood?

i haven't really used the app alot, but from my knownledge, there is only cubes, and idk if you can customize the render to make wood =/
