Any good drawing apps for PC??

I'm not to sure where this discussion should go, so I'm just leaving it here.

I need a drawing app for PC as I've decided to start using my PC for drawing, since i use it for everything else.
i have a slight shake in my hand due to a knocked nerve after braking a finger so if the app had a 'stabilizer' it would really help!

Photoshop isn't bad at drawing but its primarily an editing tool, I however believe Affinity is often regarded as the alternative to that concept, in other words isn't bad at editing but is primarily a drawing tool.

I offer paint.net (http://www.getpaint.net/) (similar to photoshop) and my holy grail: Autodesk Sketchbook. (https://www.sketchbook.com/) Autodesk requires you make a free account, but its lets you download free custom brushes from other users. It has a stroke stabilizer but Ive never used that setting. It used to only be a trial version, but they recently made the full version free for everyone.
