BUG AND HELP in Nigths Tale is that how you say it?

I manege to get all tickets from the 3 challenges of the castle part but when I whent to the portal it eat my ticked and it dint accept me and I still have the others 2 tickets and when I go back to the price machine it says no you already grave a prize, pls help me I work so hard to a touch stop me and the day to close the event is getting closer I did get all tickets I now how to beat ech challenge you can ask me ( JK that's call cheating if I do so) so pls somebody help me in this situation I whent in these order: volcano first, then I did the water/parkour one, and then the flowers ones, I now the answer please help me!!!! :Q: @Space_fetus do you tink my problem can be fixe? i can tell you what to do in ech ting of the event (i do not now the secret password so i will be still traing to fiend it but atless i need to be in the win bumper i gess at less) im stuck at the first door
