I can't go in tropical mines

I have been having the "Fetching realm information" thing stuck on my screen when I try to go in a tropical mine. I have restarted the game, I have restarted my phone, I have tried waiting a few days. I am able to go in any other mine except tropical mines. I have no clue why.

that mostly happens on mobile , with a slow internet connection , it happend to me lots of times when im still on my phone

Weird. Alot of the time its because the game is to big to run on a device.

Whats your device company?
Whats its provider?
Whats the max space for your device?

Now if its all mines, maybe its Cubic growing to big for mobile devices to handle. Same on my tablet. We removed alot of my sisters games so she and I can hop on faster than my pc
