Window glitch (Steam)

So I downloaded the Steam version of CC, and I accidentally turned on fullscreen mode. And when I turned it off again, the window was tiny. I couldn't see properly. I tried turning fullscreen mode on and off again but in the end the window was still really small. Is this a glitch? Please help. Thank you.
