Possibility to have teams

I would like to have a block that when an amount of players entered the realm (can be set up by owner) , It will start splitting the players in 2-4 teams, and a list will appear at one corner of the screen with teams and players. Also, players of the same team can not kill eachother.
And a 'Spawn block' :
For example: you get in team red, you will spawn on the red spawn block
(If there are more spawn blocks of the same colour, you will randomly spawn on 1 of those.
So much new possibilities :D Let me know what you think! :)
