you need a higher pig perk

I have 2 pigs and I placed them. I broke their boxes and tried putting them in another room but it says I need a higher pig perk. I have no other pigs anywhere...help?

    Did you try to place these pigs in a room that did not belong to you? You have to be the owner of a room/realm.
