Yes, he became qbee normal, after he got out of the realm. Her/His name is Treestump123. But why did it happen? I often find qbee as it was in the overworld.

Errors are common as with any game/app.
Graphical error, texture error, ect.

Might be a little more common on the mobile version though.

I Occasionally see it myself. I Am more inclined to blame connectivity issues on such players end as to the cause.

Yeah these things happen sometimes in my android, when there's a slow network or the game doesn't load properly(like when I accidentally lock the screen when game's loading and then unlock it and don't restart).
