Golden Swirl Thingy beside a Player's Name

I bought the 1.99$ and 4.99$ but still i dont have the golden swirly thing. Please help.

They auto-equip. Loxo did not get them. So as Literary said, you can contact support. They will most likely ask for a picture of proof of your purchase.
