My Starter Deed was gone

Hai guys idk if i got in right category but i think im not only one who suffering with my problem XD.
My starter deed was lost xD idk if its lost but it been already 5 months and my starter deeds doesnt appearing. Idk if it is still in the overworld but its almost 5 months and no stamp so how does a realm like that sta d for 5 months?
Okay i know maybe its only still there but i already searching it on 5 overworlds and the realm wasnt there.
So guys can u help and does any other guys had the same problem like me? And do i need to contact support? Thanks
