I can't move three doors in my realm.

They all lead to friends realms which haven't been online for a very long time. I am trying to rebuild my realm and although I bought these doors/will never get them back, I can't even move them now. Help?
Edit: I suppose I'll try support as well 007 Awesome 007, thanks.
Edit2: It seems to be working now after I crashed/ disconnected.
Edit3: If I try to enter a door that leads to a locked realm then I can't grab any doors until I disconnect and reconnect.
