dont get any daily quest

Hello im a new player here ,my friend said that we will get daily quest after we complete some story quest. But i didnt get any quest even though my friend got quest when he first play the game.If quests is only available in quest pack how are we supposed to buy quest pack if we didnt get daily quest.
Pls help me !

    I don't know about you really,as Hinter said send a support ticket. I don't get daily quests because I can have only 3 and I still didn't finish them
