Jump-place

I came from MineCraft, so not being able to simultaneously jump and place a block beneath me bothers me. Please add this feature?

    Huh? But our jump is higher than the Minecraft does.... oh I get it... so you want to build a high 1x1 tower huh? Hmm probably this is a nice idea....

    Maybe I like to "print" my buildings vertically rather than horizontally, and having to print two lines at once is inconvenient =P

    Scafold can be handy to get around this issue
