Random easter egg?

I was in one my room just ground pounding randomly and I saw an easter egg. When I went to where it was an easter egg appeared in my inventory it's one of the eggs you get in the easter egg hunt but normally you can't pick them up. Anyone know if it's a glitch or a new easter thing
