I want to have my real country flag.

My flag is glitched i wasted cubits to reset my flag but i realized the game somehow can't detect from what country i am from and i'd like like to have my country flag (South Africa) , so cosmic cow if you see this please fix the ip glitch because i tested it and only 1 account i had , had the correct flag (old account and lost it due to uninstalling from phone and not knowing how to add a password) on a account i had in 2014 , so please help me fix this so that i can have my own country flag and not the flag with the question mark.
