This is a bug?

So I bought 10$ cubics and it says it will be on my account in a few seconds and it’s been about 7 hours ever sence 10am I bought the cubics and they still aren’t on my account I think this is a bug or something because I have the Apple iOS receipt if I need to show it. But I’m disappointed because I’ve spent more before and got the cubics so...

    Send a support ticket with your Transaction/Receipt ID and/or info and they should be able to give you your cubits or refund you the money.
