Large scale scammer on the loose

I saw a realm that said 1c sale on hats, So of course I decided to check it out. When I got there I noticed the realm was muted (this drew suspicion). I watched the owner, "sopr Iraq" claiming all of his scam cubits out of the dispensers (didn't realize it by this point). Then I watched as they set an elf hat in a vending machine. Before they telported all of us they said, "1 Cubit :D". As soon as we were teleported I looked at the price of the elf hat. It was 1000 Cubits not 1 Cubit! Shortly after everyone started dissapearing so I realized I should report this guy.
I didn't fall for his scam but obviously others are, therefore we need somebody to take care of this guy before he does some high tier theft.
Now you know the story, you know who did it. And to show what proof I could here is a picture of me getting banned mid-report!
