Spindizzy 2- do a flip while doing a jump and then a spin on a double jump

Warrior - 10% more damage on wands

Swim demon - 5%,10% faster swimming speed

Free shout- like the free holla perk

Although i dont agree with the warrior one (also its more wizard than warrior) because people with lower level suddenly will be much stronger and you still have to level to get the perk
