MY FARMER SET AND CARROT NOSE ARE LOST

Hey so yesterday I was playing cc and I bought a heart wings. I decide to wear it and put my farmer set and carrot nose at a chest. I close cc after and then when came back its not in the chest anymore I checked all the chests I have and I swear its lost I dont know what happend. Please help me

Did anyone have perms in the realm/room you put your farmer and carrot nose? They could of took it.
