I was told to create a new temporary account as of today to verify something I guess and when I replied with the name of the account as instructed all I got for a reply was, “What is that?”

Like what they meaaaaan boy?

Update: I’m not a professional at sending emails and I think I figured out what I did wrong.

  • You mean, you sent a ticket and the answer was "What is that?" ? Maybe you didn't explained well the situation, if I'm right about what you're saying of course...
  • Did you send the new account's name you made? Maybe thats the reason why he asked the question.
  • I think forgetting the password is short and self explanatory. I think what I did was send it below the reply they sent to me. I might have fixed it, just waiting for a reply.
