Can't play cubic castles

Hi. I went to open cubic castles and I went to go click play and I crashed. It then opened the report error thing. I reported it and I closed it and opened it again. The same thing happened. I uninstalled it and installed it again. The same thing happened. Can some one help me, maybe like a cosmic cow official??
