It may have been a poser account.

The definition of poser account is recreating the username of an original but with alternate un-obvious spellings, alternate letters, symbols, spaces. ect.

For example:
Lower case L's and Upper case i's.
Spaces before/after the username (Space before the colon symbol : .

So the username is =MGN=RedEagle? right?
The poser account could be typed with an uppercase i inplace of the L in "EagLe."

The decor perk however I can't explain. If it is a cloak Idk how necessary that is.
Gdog never had the ability prior to being a mod; prior to he was just a youtuber aswell.

It's neither a glitch or a hack. And no, it's no impersonation.
He was granted a permanent cloak a long time ago, for reasons long forgotten. And no, he is not a moderator.
