When you buy it from the cubit store you can see the price :P, unless you mean from buying it from players, then any price lower than the cubit store price is good.

Cubit shop > Building > Realms > custom size.
Although I would reccomend to get it 99x99, otherwise it will be non symmetrical

Dont forget the 10% price dropdown, due to the perk. If you could sell it for 6999c you could make good profit.
