    Yes, and while it is considered "broken" and "useless" by most, I still prefer to wield one. Lol

    Fizzle wand is quite literally a broken wand.
    All wands have an amount of times it can be fired. Once that hits 0, its broken and can no longer fired. And thus becomes a Fizzle wand.

    And i also agree. It may not be functional, but it is indeed the best wand imo.
