plis help me

my password stoped working I can't login in cc and i cant change it. when i am trynig to change it the message "your password is incorrect" appears. idk why because i clicked on a link to reset my pasword and it says "Your password has been reset and e-mailed to you.
You can now use and change it in Cubic Castles." but nothing happened in cubic castles,and when i entered password from new mesage it said "too many failed login attemps. you are locked out for one hour"
PLIS HELP ME!!!

    Strange that the reset didn't work.
    Contact support. They deal with account issues of this nature.

    I did this but I do not see the ticket status because I do not know what my ticket number is and I can not sign in because my password for my cc account does not work here and i cant register because I do not have a mobile, and I have no new message on my email with this number

    i tryied to change my password one more time ( with emial) and now it works. thx for trying help me
