No giving block

I know this is a bit crazy, but people keep giving people junk when there is a no littering block. It is very very annoying and there could be a change?

    better idea would be to have option like enable give, so if you have it ON people can give you stuff, if you dont people wont give you stuff.

    I've never had a case where someone would dump random things into my inventory o-o, but disabling that option works for me
