hello i got a perk 5% chance double harvest on plant does it work in the plants the are in soils or no?

    Yes it does.
    tested this multiple times.
    Works on all farm crops and anything mined in public mines.
    Also now works while having the attractor perk active.
    Which it didn't used to do.

    I don't have this perk but always get 3 on harvest
