Q:Opens the door every 5 minutes(30 sec open) but if you're impatience.You can pay 10c to enter quickly.

    As it is a skill game, I'd say is is legal. Besides, it is free for a certain amount of time so if it was illagal, in this case, it would be like semi-illegal...
