Realm can't open

For some PCs (weather or not it is because of the WiFi), just have a bug where in some realms, it can't load, and stays at "Fetching Realm Information", no matter how long you wait (I have waited for 3 hours), but I can guarantee that it was not the WiFi because I can load other realms, even with lots of entities...

send a ticket to cubic castles support/ idk if it'll work for this problem, but ya never know.
