I can't plant fairy seeds

So when the Fab Fall pack came out I was ready with rc to buy fairy seeds and soil. I bought two of each and planted them by the tree in my farm (Big wood tree), I thought it would be cute. Little did I know that the seeds and soil was placed where the tree was covering the sunlight, so they didn't grow, they wilted.

I mined the seeds (got nothing) and bought more, mined the soil and placed it somewhere else. When I clicked the Fairy Soil to place it, it was called "Fairy Soil W" (I guess that means wet). When I place the soil it's still wet.

"Why is this bad"? For some reason the system only lets you plant Fairy seeds on fairy soil, so when I try to plant fairy seeds on fairy soil W, It wont let me because technically it's not Fairy soil (it's fairy soil W). So I left the soil out placed so it could dry out. The next day I came back and the soil was still wet, then I remembered that soil wont dry unless it has a seed planted on it. That's where my main problem comes in, I can't plant a seed on the soil because it's wet, but I can't make the wet soil dry because it needs a seed.

Is this a bug or is it intentional?

I'd really like to not have to buy 2 more soil for 1k rc.

I'm sorry to tell you.
But you are going to have to buy new soil.
It says in the description of the fairy soil that it can only be used once.
Including if they wilted.
So when they wilted there "magic" went away.

W means worn I guess.

Well it says that it can only be used once and the magic is depleted. It's gone.

I guess I should have phrased it more carefully.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I think it deos become a block.
It says it becomes a sort of fairy stone.

I thought it would look different though.

Guys I don't think you understand, it's not a fairy stone yet, there's nothing that has grown on it ever. It's still fairy soil but it's wet and I can't plant anything on it

I just went over to the Fairy Soil W and mined it, but when I did it reverted back to normal fairy soil.
