My plants are still wet the next day and not growing

Okay so I come on everyday to water my plants somewhere around 6pm more or less. Usually the plants are grown a little the next day, depending in which soil I put it in and the soil becomes dry. When I came on today, they didn't grow at all and the soil is still wet. Even just now I came on, still the same thing. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but is this a new glitch?

And we got the same bug, I think this is due to the last server restart...

the fix was just to re-water them and then they would grow but it should be all fixed now x

I loosened the drying out, but only for a few days, just to make sure nobody lost crops due to the bug. Expect it to return to normal within the next 24 hours.

That is confirmation.
Cosmic tried to fix it via. more moisture rate.
