Custom Tune Maker

I was thinking that it should be possible for people to create their own tunes. The sort of conflict I am expecting is that of the note blocks. Here are some reasons why I think this should be added:

1.) Allows creativity

2.) Note blocks don't really work well in a compacted space, and have to be manually used.

Yeah I'd like to do it too... But it's a slightly difficult job and there's a ton of things to fix/improve in cubic so it's hard to say when it might happen.
