I been Warned? (Unanswered)

Why does my name have a sign that says (Mild) with a caution signal? I didn't do anything wrong... Well at least I think I didn't was there something I did wrong Professional Killer

*Professional Killer is the one that Warned me for something...

I'm still kinda new to the forums so if there is a way to check why I was Warned please leave it in the Comments below!
Also, is there a way to remove the mild symbol next to my name?

    I believe if you goto your profile, right under your profile information is area where it explains why you got warned.

    You can ask for a removal in 30 days from now, providing you do not break any rules.
