Download issues!

So lately I have been playing cc on my phone... Usually because I can’t download cc... Well I can. But I download cc and then the icon pops up on my desktop BUT THEN I try and open it. And it just has the loading symbol then the cc download thing pops up and says Do you want this on ur desktop? And it’s already on my desktop.. I’m using pc btw.. anyways my friend who uses a iMac (Apple).. is also having issues getting on cc.. unsure if it has something to do with the update.. But the audio isn’t as well on the Phone as well. I’m using a iPhone..
