VIRUS?

I played my cc i think sunday.... then a message popped up saying "your cc is out of date". So i updated it... later just minutes... i got notif from my computer "found some malware, removing it"... then i deleted my game and setup and restarted... My computer found a virus trojan something... well its lost but i cant download my game anymore... need help.
