Is there away to get a placed weather stamp back?

So I accidentally placed a blizzard stamp in a room. Is there away to turn the room to cloudy again and keep the stamp?
(The irony...this room is going to be my new farm xD )
(Sorry ik not very familiar with stamps)

    Just buy a normal cloudy stamp for 50c and place that instead, you will get the other stamp back.
