Starter Scaffold bug? [Mistake]

The starter scaffold can be placed below the highest block and half of it will face upside and can be touched too.

    It was added to the race stuff when cars came out.
    It's just the same scaffolding but with a different color ;)

    That’s not a bug. Half dirt takes up only the bottom ‘half’ of each block space, so a full block like scaffold will be higher. This isn’t only on the top block either, you can do it on ground level if you’d like~
