How do you talk to a mod?

I kinda accidentally locked all my awesome items in a real that is owned by a 2nd account and I was wondering if a mod, (ED) could help me out with that please help or another way to get into that realm.

That is supposed to say realm not real.

    Mods are normal players you can meet and talk to
    But
    Only people in the Trusteds list and the admins and the realm owner can take stuff

    If you've forgot the password try resetting it.
