Ye, Im afraid if they're fully grown or not done and if I should pull them out.

    No, they are not fully grown yet. Plus, you can always check, because when you try to pull them, it will say "Your crops are not ready yet" or something similar.

    If it is fully grown, the crops should be gold-ish.
