The steam error

Here's a bug on steam that says the game is running but i dont open it , can you (admins) fix this?
sorry if im dumb and i don'k know if the admins can't

    As far as I'm concerned, it isn't devs' fault. You can fix this by either restarting Steam or forcing Cubic Castles to close via Task Manager.

    This happen to me a lot of times. Just check in your task manager.
