Workbenchs not making stairs of mosaics and terracotta (perhaps others too?)

I have tried, n had friends try to make stairs following the instructions in the Learning Center
It says... Terracotta + Chisel = Terracotta Stairs
But its only giving the option for a half block.....
Can this be fixed or was soemthing changed i dont know about

    I'm pretty sure you need 2 terracotta to make stairs.
    If you have more than 1 terracotta in the workbench and you still can't craft it, try digging up the workbench and placing it again.

    I'm sure you need glue to craft mosaic and terracotta stairs.

    Ok ill try glue. If that's the case then the learning center will need updated.

    check in my realm CENTRO DE APRENDIZAJE QBICO. I´m making all the crafts, all crafted block for buildings are in 2nd floor. Is in spanish, but everyone can understand.

    Yeah its 2x terracotta and Glue with a chisel
