Send a ticket

If something is wrong try sending a ticket first and if do not get enough information then make a discussion about it.
It will be so much better!
(I know a lot of people send tickets first but if you make a discussion first then try it the other way around)

Support (tickets) are only for account problems, scams are dealt with by out game moderators

    This isn't the best advice.
    Lots of stuff do not need to be addressed by support.
    Scams are not dealt with by support for example.

    Support mainly deals with account issues.

    So please don't go making tickets as it will slow down the support response time for people they can help.
