I'm not against you but why didn't you remove perms? And that's not fair to ask to ban a player... He will probably get a warning... But, yeah that's a bit strange why didn't you banned him? Was it a realm where you can't access setup? Anyway... There's a scam report thread :

Few things, this should be in scam reports.
Also when you give someone permissions then you give them permission to take mine or build whatever they like in a realm.
Why on earth would you stand there and let him take stuff when you could've either removed perms or kicked him from realm?
