Ideas for the Coffee Companions HQ

So, yeah there's a thread about my new clan, check it if you're interested in joining!
Im having trouble mining the dirt in the HQ, please help me mine it!
We also need a design for the HQ.
Please make a blueprint, a 3D simulation or a precise, detailed and well-explained description.
Say MINE if you would like to help mine the dirt.
We need about 10 miners. And to make sure that there are no people who build, you have to be higher than lvl 20. Because newer players tend to be rulebreakers. (No offense)
Now the design has to be linked with coffee.
I was thinking there will be a castle with a door leading to a courtroom or a meeting room.
The realm is a 55x55
Multiple fortresses I found on the InterNet.
Not much....
