Camera angle and hair

It would be great if you could angle the camer to look up. Some players like to build structures that are tall, but you can't see the top. It would be great if you could look up to see the whole structure.
Also, could we have some simple inexpensive hair instead of being bald? Maybe a simple boys haircut and a girls shoulder length hair. Just so people could have something on their heads until they can get a hat or other item. Personally, I don't like the magisterial, ducal, etc. wigs. Also wigs and other hair should be dyeable.
