    I'm betting because of the glass box, he might not be able to grab the door to move it.

    Such a great example of why you shouldn't give realm perms to others in the game. Hope one of the devs can help you soon. Maybe submit a support ticket too to get it on their radar.

    Yeah @mabz is gonna need to dig you out of there.
    Contact support.
    Tell them how to get there.
    Realm name, directions etc.
    Owner etc and he'll sort it out for you.

    If it's your realm and you are trapped then he'll dig it out or make it accessible for you.

    We figured it out! A Bottomless stamp was the fix since there was no floor.

    When a player falls out of a bottomless and there is no floor below the door they spawn on top of if.
